The Clients thoughts, interests, requests, and instructions, will be developed to Architectural sketches & engineering concept outlines which reflect the client's needs and concern, on a perfect manner with mutual understanding of the other engineering disciplines on a considerable pre-arranged budget and assumed built-up area, the preparation of the preliminary design will be the next following stage in this case. Meanwhile the final stage for preliminary design after formal design approval adaptation will be the working drawings, which leads for project licensing and final budgeting.
